More Companies Embracing Flexible Teams: Upwork Future Workforce Report [Infographic]

How are U.S. businesses tackling today’s hiring needs? A new report from Upwork finds more and more companies are turning to freelancers.

“Future Workforce: How Companies Embrace Flexible Teams to Get Work Done,” is based on a survey conducted by independent research firm Inavero. According to the survey’s results, finding talent is getting harder, and many companies plan to engage more freelancers in the coming year—primarily to help scale or to find skills they don’t already have in-house.
